The Installation Process

Whenever we get the approved from customer to process the works. the design plan will be ready. the Installer will measure the areas and make sure there's no obstacle and anything on the way for machines access, clear up the area for the next step. Our Design teams will test the soil to see if the Retaing walls need to excavate deeper or not

We will Schedule with Utility Company to locate all the buried Cables underground where the Walls will be excavated.

Crews will use the laser level to level the finish grade of the walls to calculate the Excavation Process.

The Excavation will take place, and this is very important steps . We will burry the first block and dig 10" of Gravel Base , if the block is about 6" thick , the excavation will be 16" deep.

If the block is 6x6x12" we will excavate 24" wide to keep the base wall solid.

The installer will Compact the subsoils. with heavy duty machine.

Apply Geogrid after subsoil compacted

All the Gravels fill in 8" thick before installing first block

Now it's time to start the first block, it takes longer for the based Wall installation, Every single one will be laid in a perfect and level position.

The Install crews will backfill the First block and do the compaction again.

Crew will run the compactor each course they installed .

A perforated Pipe will be install at bottom of the base to drain water over time.

Crews will install geogrid for every 3 courses installed and backfill, continue the same process til it reaches the top level.

Caps will be installed at last steps

All the steps must be done correctly in order to keep the The Wall Stable  .

Not just a beautiful looking wall, it's a complicated building process to make it right.
